Founded in 2011

Mr. Tsukatani moved from Tokyo to Europe in 1990 and founded a Japanese restaurant chain which he sold in 2009 to start manufacturing authentic Japanese food in Europe. He founded Nisshoku in 2011, because of the growing popularity in Japanese foods in Europe and his passion for good and tasty Japanese food.

Nisshoku is the abbreviation of Nihon Shokuhin Sangyo, which means Authentic Japanese Food Products. We use Japanese family recipes to make our products taste real authentic.
