JAPANESE STYLE CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN PIECES

Chicken Karaage (pronounced as Kara-age) is made from 100% NON-GMO grain-fed chicken.
We only use the juiciest leg meat which is full of chicken flavour and marinate them with our authentic Japanese marinade.

Ingredients: Chicken thigh meat, Water, Soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), Wheat flower, Starch (wheat corn), Breadcrumbs (wheatflour, vegetable fat (palm), dextrose, yeast, salt), Aroma, Herbs, Spices, Wheat, Vegetable protein (soy), Taste enhancer: E621, E635, Whey powder, Salt, Pepper, Sugar, Egg white powder, Stabilizer: E451, E464, E950.

Cooking instruction

There are two ways to prepare Nisshoku Chicken Kara-age, but we prefer to deep fry them. Just fry untill golden brown.

Oven

Place the frozen Chicken Kara-age in a preheated oven and bake on 175°C for 15 minutes.

Deep fry

Deep fry the frozen Chicken Karaage at 180°C for 3 minutes.
