Our Gyoza is the true taste of Japan. We use juicy tender pork, fresh vegetables and our family spicemix to make this great tasting Japanese Gyoza pork.

Itadakimasu! (Enjoy)

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Cabbage, Porkmeat (21%), Water, Leek, Modified starch, Onion, Chicken fat, Sesame oil, Soy sauce (water, soybean, wheat, salt), Herbs and Spices, Aromas, Salt, Yeast extract, Lactose (milk), Sugar, Flavour enhancers: E621, E635; Emulsifier: E464.

Cooking instruction

There are many ways to prepare a Gyoza, but for the best result we advise to use the authentic way.

Pan fry (authentic way)

Add a teaspoon of oil into a hot frying pan and fry the frozen Gyoza (flat side) for 3 minutes. Then add 0,5 cm water and close the lid and steam until dry.

Deep fry

Deep fry the frozen Gyoza on 180°C for 3 minutes.

Boil

Boil the frozen Gyoza (remove package) in 100°C water for 4,5 minutes.
